Carter Jr., MD<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, he attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine on a full-tuition scholarship. Dr. Carter completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Milwaukee, WI. He certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology in 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. Carter was the president of the Black Health Professions Organization in 2002. He has given presentations on state and national levels and has several publications in peer-reviewed journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keith E. Matheny, MD<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. Matheny attended Baylor University, then continued to the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He expanded his medical skills through an internship in general surgery at Vanderbilt University Affiliated Hospitals in Nashville, TN. Then, Dr. Matheny completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Vanderbilt University-Bill Wilkerson Center for Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, and Communicative Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After certifying through the American Board of Otolaryngology in 2004, Dr. Matheny participated in many board positions and committees. Tseng, MD, FACS<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. Tseng also completed his medical school training at the Baylor College of Medicine Household TX Medical School. His surgery internship time was spent at the University of Alabama, followed by an otolaryngology residency that was completed in 1997. Dr. Tseng completed his certification through the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1998.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Over the years, Dr. Tseng has received multiple recognitions and awards, including the Alliance for Excellence in Healthcare Award and D Magazine (Best Doctors in Dallas and Best Doctors in Collin County).
